After sales service :

"Custom-made" products are neither exchangeable or refundable.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the goods travel at their own risk.

The article must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all the accessories, the user manual and must not have been subject to any degradation (modification of the waviness, humidification, coloring, or any other handling preventing the item from being put back in stock).

The seller can only make a partial refund if it turns out that the returned item is damaged, incomplete or damaged.
